Staff members of The Muse, an arts journal that includes poetry, fiction, memoir, art work, and photography, meet weekly to create, critique, and evaluate written work and art work for possible publication in The Muse. The editorial board, which consists of students in Classes XI and XII, takes the lead in planning weekly staff meetings. All students are expected to participate actively in the creation and evaluation of submissions and to assist in planning the spring printing of The Muse. Smaller publications, Musettes, are published as time dictates. Staff members learn InDesign and assist with the layout of the publication in preparation for printing.
