On Saturday, November 7, a group of Marymount Middle School students took part in the Kids’ Charity Fun Run, an event that takes place every year in Central Park. Runners are grouped into age divisions, and with sponsorships they raise money for the Ronald McDonald House of New York, an organization supporting families with children diagnosed with cancer. This year, cheered on by their teachers, our valiant runners raised over $10,000! The amount is an all-time record for Marymount students and demonstrates what a difference anyone can make by taking action.
