Legacy/Sibling Early Decision
Siblings of Marymount students and children of Marymount New York alumnae have the option of applying for Early Notification at the Nursery, Pre-K and Kindergarten level. Information about that option is mailed to legacy/sibling families upon receipt of their application. Legacies and siblings are given special consideration in the admissions process, but acceptance is not automatic. Decisions regarding legacy/sibling financial aid awards are made at the same time as early notification.

Age Eligibility
Children must be:
3 years of age by August 31st of their entry year to Nursery
4 years of age by August 31st of their entry year to Pre-K
5 years of age by August 31st of their entry year to Kindergarten
Marymount adheres to the notification deadlines, parent reply dates and principles of good practice established by the Independent Schools Admissions Association of Greater New York.
Marymount admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
