SunWorld Cultures Day Camp for children ages 3.5-5

SunDrama Camp for children going into grades 2-7
Drama I and II: Monday-Friday

Cabaret Camp for children going into Kindergarten or grade 1

SunScience and Technology Camp for children going into grades 2-6

Young Explorers Camp for children going into grade 1

After-camp extended day sports and arts program available for children ages 7-15 until 5:00 p.m.

Drop-off for all sessions begins at 8:30 a.m.

Facilities:
Housed in our beautiful landmark school buildings and located directly across the street from Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Marymount Summer provides campers with the best facilities for indoor and outdoor summer fun. All classrooms and play spaces are large, well-lit, air-conditioned rooms and abide by the highest safety standards as set by the New York City Department of Health and Day Care. The Innovation and Design Camp is housed at our 97th Street campus and utilizes state-of-the-art Fab Labs and studio art rooms. Facilities include:

Sun Swimming: Our swim program is provided by the Take Me to the Water Swim School. Campers travel to and from private residence pools via camp school bus. Each camper receives swim instruction baesd on their swim ability under the direct supervision of the Lifeguard, Aquatics Director, Head Teachers, and certified swim instructors as mandated by the NYC Department of Health and Day Care.

The Marymount Summer Program is licensed by the New York City Department of Health and Day Care (NYCHC Section 48.29) and is inspected twice yearly. The reports are filed at the Bureau of Food Safety and Community Sanitation.

Staff:
Our staff is comprised of the highly skilled, experienced, and passionate teachers. All camp groups are supervised by a head teacher, two assistant teachers, and student aides. The groups maintain an excellent teacher:student ratio, providing campers with the highest level of supervision and attention. This ratio is determined and set by the NYC Department of Health and Day Care. There is an on-site Health Director on premises at all times who is a registered nurse.
